Dr. Isaac D. Morton is a dual-degree, board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who offers comprehensive facial surgical care with a focus on precision, aesthetic balance, and patient-centered outcomes. His advanced Fellowship training in Facial Cosmetic Surgery combined with full-scope maxillofacial surgery uniquely positions him to address both the functional and aesthetic needs of his patients.

Dr. Morton earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with Honors from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, graduating first in his class and being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. After dental school, he completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. During this program, he developed a strong interest in facial aesthetics, dental implant surgery, and bone and soft tissue reconstruction.

He subsequently entered a six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UT Health San Antonio. As part of his training, he earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the UT Health Long School of Medicine. Completed an Internship in General Surgery and completed extensive training in adult and pediatric general anesthesia.  He served as Chief Resident in his final year of the program. Dr. Morton has extensive experience in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery – from dental implant reconstruction to trauma care – and has cultivated particular expertise in orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery and TMJ Surgery.

Following residency, Dr. Morton pursued a Fellowship in Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at LSU Health New Orleans, further honing his facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgical skills. This dual background in dentistry and medicine, augmented by dedicated cosmetic fellowship, gives Dr. Morton a unique ability to integrate facial aesthetics with underlying skeletal correction. He strives to achieve results that are both functionally robust and naturally beautiful.

Dr. Morton’s clinical expertise spans facial aesthetic surgery, minimally invasive orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, complex dental implant reconstruction, surgical correction of obstructive sleep apnea, and facial trauma. He is committed to compassionate, individualized care, tailoring each treatment plan to the goals and needs of every patient. By uniting surgical precision with an artistic eye, Dr. Morton helps patients achieve harmonious facial outcomes that enhance both appearance and quality of life.
