The Center for Oral and Craniofacial Biology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry is guided by its intra-institutional Advisory Board and Research Council. The Advisory Board is composed of:

Three Clinical Research Department Heads
Three Basic Science Research Department Heads
Two Center Directors
Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
Technology Transfer Director

The board meets annually each year to discuss the progress and policies of The Center of Excellence.

The Research Council's efforts are aimed at guiding the Center in its efforts to enhance research opportunities at the School of Dentistry. The council meets monthly and is composed of representatives from the following areas:
