Providers As part of the first visit, patients are asked to provide a complete dental and medical history. Therefore, please arrive a few minutes early. After your first appointment, the clinic will set up subsequent appointments at the convenience of both the patient and the faculty member. As faculty have teaching responsibilities, they have set times and days in which they participate in Faculty Dental Practice.
