Luminary of the Moment

This recognition celebrates the everyday efforts of an employee. This employee is exceptional in contributing to the mission of LSUHSC School of Dentistry. This can be given to anyone at anytime. Nomination form

Luminary of the Quarter

This recognition celebrates the 'above and beyond' service of staff employees along with their contributions to the mission of LSUHSC School of Dentistry. Three employees will be chosen each quarter. Nomination form

Luminary of Leadership

The employee must demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and contributions to their professions. They must demonstrate leadership qualities such as integrity, creativity, communication, sense of humor, humility, decisiveness, motivation, assertiveness and courage. Nomination form
