Additional Information Apply Early! Send all information as quickly as possible to prevent delay of your application. We do not participate in the centralized dental application service known as the AADSAS, (American Association of Dental Schools Application Service). You must obtain a traditional printed application from LSUSD. Applications are usually available after September 1st. Send Us Additional Materials Before We Receive Your Application. In addition to your application, other materials must be sent directly to us in order to complete your application. This can be done by you prior to our receipt of your application and will speed the processing of your application. Please forward the following items at your earliest convenience:
Check Regularly To Be Sure Transcripts/Recommendations/Etc. Are Being Sent. Many items are needed to complete your professional school application. Do not assume items you requested will be sent. After you know the items have been sent and there has been sufficient mailing time, check with us to be sure we have everything. February 28th is the last day we accept materials for your application. You and you alone are responsible for providing us with a complete application. Send New Transcripts, As They Are Available. To maintain an active application status you must forward new transcripts to us as soon as they are available. Interviews can be delayed as well as acceptances without this information.
