LSUSD Continuing Education Launches  “The Club”:
Membership has its benefits

The Louisiana Academy of Continuing Dental Education (LACDE) recently debuted its new CDE program—The Club.  Designed to meet the needs of dental professionals in Louisiana, the first class was held on January 23, 2004 and the response was positive.“ This new concept in CDE is tremendously beneficial to the Louisiana dentist or hygienist who is looking to take advantage of the great CE offered at LSU at a bargain price,” says Assistant Dean for Continuing Dental Education Vince Liberto, DDS.; Club members attend three of four pre-selected courses throughout the year to meet their annual State Board CE requirements.; Dental professionals can still take advantage of this exciting program with three classes remaining in 2004.

Members of the club pay only a fraction of the cost non-members pay for the courses. Courses taken individually outside of the club are $265 each for dentists and $145 each for hygienists. Additional savings are also granted to members of the LSUSD Alumni Association.

Membership in the club is limited. Join today to reserve your seat and be a witness to this revolutionary concept in CDE at LSUSD. Parking is free and club membership dues include continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks each course day.
