On the Foundation Donation page, fill out your contact information, then click on the
CONTINUE button to make your payment. Fill in the correct payment amount and designate the Outreach Fund . In the COMMENTS section, make sure to notate
CLAY SHOOT. To download the Clay Shoot brochure in a pdf file, click HERE.

If you are sponsoring a team, please enter the sponsor name exactly how it should be listed for recognition and publicity purposes.

Complete the payment page only one time when registering. If your sponsorship level allows for more than one team, please complete this form for EACH team and hit the CONTINUE button. Again, only pay ONCE; exit from the payment page when registering additional teams.
