Alumnus of the Year

Established in 1998, the Alumnus of the Year award is bestowed annually to an alumnus or friend who has attained distinguished career achievements, contributed significantly to society through the dental profession, or to someone who has given of their time, talents and resources to further the school's mission of education, research and patient care. Nominations from alumni and friends are encouraged.

Complete the nomination form and include one or two paragraphs stating why your nominee should be considered for the award. Be as specific as possible; include anecdotal stories, examples of excellence and descriptions of achievements. All nominations are confidential and will be forwarded to the LSUSD Alumni Association Board of Directors for consideration.
